Why You Should Participate:

The Flash Memory Summit is once again at the Santa Clara Convention Center in 2013 to accommodate the continuous growth, so we’d like to remind you that only a short time remains to get in on the Early bird offer.

Ten foot by ten foot exhibit space is $4,000 through June 30, 2013. We have spaces planned for 125 vendor exhibits, including island booths for platinum sponsors, so this is a much-improved exhibit hall opportunity.

All sponsorships now INCLUDE exhibit space:

  • 20 x 40 Premier
  • 20 x 20 for Platinum
  • 20 x 10 for Emerald
  • 10 x 10 for Gold and Bronze.

Exhibit space locations and promotional options are available, as always, on a “first come, first served” basis, so they can both be selected when you commit to FMS 2013. Last year’s sponsors have right of first refusal for both their booth and sponsor option for 60 days after the close of FMS 2012.

Registration in 2012 topped 3000, with over 500 end-users. Growth was phenomenal as we added new vendor spaces. We featured 70+ active vendor spaces, with a Flash Memory Summit Theatre for sponsors’ commercial presentation. Over 300 attendees were still on the floor when we closed down at 2:00 PM on Thursday, which demonstrates just how exciting this industry is to everyone.

We have four great promotional initiatives that are ONLY available to sponsors, and all four of these offer our sponsors AWESOME VISIBILITY.

  1. Banner ads on our website
    Every sponsor can place one (often 2) 160 x 600 banner ad at the Flash Memory Summit website. We allocate pages first come-first served, except when spelled out by contractual agreement. Look on the left of our website pages to see how great these ads look.
  2. Electronic Products "Sponsor Showcase"
    Hearst’s Electronic Products magazine publishes an OUTLOOK feature on the Flash Memory Summit every July. Their circulation is 130,000, and sponsors get to highlight a product in that OUTLOOK article. That's like a FREE AD to 130,000 people. May 21 DEADLINE for submission!
  3. Flash Memory Summit Theatre
    Ever had a speaker abstract returned as "too commercial"? Well, we have the just the place for CREATIVE COMMERCIALS in our Flash Memory Summit Theatre. Each sponsor gets the opportunity to present a "blatant product pitch" in the FMS Theatre during OPEN EXHIBITS. Highlight your products! Wow your customers! This is SALES & MARKETING THEATRE at its best. Don't downplay this opportunity. We saw as many as 100 people watching some of the product differentiation presentations.
  4. Best of Show Awards
    Each year, Flash Memory Summit awards "Best of Show" honors to a number of technology participants. Entry in this judged contest is $1000 (see Best of Show Awards page for rules and regulations), but the entry fee is waived for all current sponsors and exhibitors.

In addition to these great benefits, ALL sponsors choose one "sponsor promo item" that is uniquely theirs. Sponsors and exhibitors also get complimentary full-conference passes for ALL of their speakers (saving $300 each), and sponsors can negotiate the number of tutorial passes they need into their contract (with substantial discounts off the retail price of $995 each). This way, you pay ONE SINGLE price for the conference, rather than seeing tens of thousands of dollars of "hidden" conference fees that show up later in your ROI calculations.

We saw more press, more attendees, more speakers, more vendors, and most important, more customer end-users. In short, everything was up in 2012.

2013 is off to a fantastic start, and we are once again planning for substantial increases in head-count, exhibitors, and end-users, so make your plans sooner rather than later to get the best booth locations and sponsor options.
